MFA exhibition showing new sculptural work in glass and wood. This work investigates the physical manifestation of gravity on material through form. Gravitational force can bring in equal parts, order and disarray. The all-encompassing nature of this phenomenon is both oppressive and enabling. Through it’s familiarity it is forgotten; yet it influences every act and every form. To make with and against gravity is to reacquaint with this ever-present phenomenon.
