Fresh Hot Press is a printmaking club which fosters a community of printmaking artists and enthusiast and promotes artistic interaction between faculty, students, and visiting artists at UW-Madison. The organization supports printmaking education and fosters a community of artists and enthusiasts through exhibitions and attendance to printmaking focused conferences.
Fresh Hot Press will be hosting a Halloween print and oddity sale of handmade goods made by UW-Madison students. All sales made during this event will help to fund the clubs travel expenses to Southern Graphics Council International, a Printmaking Conference happening in Dallas Texas in March of 2019.
Enter the Humanities building through the open breezeway on the ground floor and go in the doors marked “ART” in large white letters (E01-02) that are nearest to the Chazen Museum’s back entrance (the Chazen is next-door, immediately to the east).
