The Baraboo Public Arts Association has invited an unusual elephant to town, with plans for it to stay a long time.

The elephant is a sculpture created by Madison artist Will Turnbull [MFA ’08]. The project will be dedicated at Myron Park on Saturday at 2 p.m.

Myron Park is a city green space across from Quindt’s Towne Lounge along South Boulevard. This park was chosen to display the new piece of public art because it lies along a key gateway into the city and offers room for more three-dimensional art in the future.
